Return and Refund Policy
At VELARÉ Fragrances, we take pride in preparing every order with care. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. Opened, used, damaged, or tampered-with fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and delivery label. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as a damaged, incorrect, or defective item.
