2. Products
VELARÉ Fragrances sells premium 100ml Eau de Parfum products, including but not limited to AUREUM, NOCTIS, and SOLIS. Product descriptions, scent notes, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, packaging updates, or product photography.
All products are intended for external fragrance use only. Customers are advised to avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR). VELARÉ Fragrances reserves the right to update prices, promotions, delivery fees, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
Current product pricing and delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, including name, contact number, email address, delivery address, and payment details.
VELARÉ Fragrances will not be held responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or incorrect information has been provided.
5. Payment
Customers may pay using the payment methods made available at checkout. Where EFT/manual bank transfer is selected, the order will only be processed after proof of payment has been received and payment has been confirmed.
For EFT payments, customers must use their order number as the payment reference. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared or has been verified.
6. Shipping and Delivery
VELARÉ Fragrances offers delivery within South Africa. Delivery costs, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, delivery location, public holidays, weekends, and circumstances beyond our control. While we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, additional courier charges may apply.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns may only be accepted where the product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns may be considered within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval by VELARÉ Fragrances.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify VELARÉ Fragrances as soon as possible with clear photos of the product, packaging, and order details.
South African consumer law allows consumers certain return rights where goods are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order is cancelled after payment has already been made but before dispatch, a refund may be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative product, delayed fulfilment, or a refund.
10. Promotional Offers
VELARÉ Fragrances may run promotions, discounts, or limited offers from time to time. Promotions are valid only for the period stated and may be changed, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time.
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create accounts on the website to manage orders, checkout information, and communication preferences. Customers are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
VELARÉ Fragrances will not be responsible for unauthorised account access caused by customer negligence or sharing of login details.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
By using this website, customers agree that VELARÉ Fragrances may collect and process personal information required to complete orders, process payments, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, and improve customer service.
